Goal: Running a Marathon

Goal: Running a Marathon

Achiever: Sarah

Sarah had always been intrigued by the idea of running a marathon, but she had never been particularly athletic. She decided that it was time to challenge herself and make her dream a reality. Here's how she achieved her goal:

Setting a Clear Goal: Sarah began by setting a specific and achievable goal for herself – she wanted to complete a local marathon that was scheduled for six months from the current date.

Creating a Training Plan: Sarah knew she couldn't just jump into marathon training without preparation. She researched various training plans online and consulted with a fitness coach to create a customized training plan that would gradually build her endurance and strength over the next few months.

Consistent Training: Sarah stuck to her training plan diligently. She started with shorter runs and gradually increased her distance each week. She also incorporated cross-training activities like swimming and cycling to prevent overuse injuries.

Nutrition and Hydration: Sarah paid close attention to her diet, focusing on a balanced intake of carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats. She also stayed well-hydrated, especially during long training sessions.

Rest and Recovery: Sarah understood the importance of rest and recovery. She made sure to get adequate sleep each night and scheduled regular rest days to allow her body to heal and prevent burnout.

Mental Preparation: Sarah worked on her mental strength just as much as her physical endurance. She practiced visualization techniques, positive affirmations, and mindfulness exercises to stay focused and motivated.

Support System: Sarah surrounded herself with a supportive network of friends and family who encouraged her throughout her training journey. She also joined a local running group, which provided camaraderie and additional motivation.

Gradual Progression: As the marathon date approached, Sarah had successfully completed several long training runs, including a 20-mile run that gave her the confidence she needed.

Tapering: In the weeks leading up to the marathon, Sarah gradually reduced her training intensity to allow her body to rest and recover before the big day. This tapering period ensured she would be in peak condition on race day.

Race Day: When the marathon day finally arrived, Sarah was nervous but excited. She stuck to her race strategy, pacing herself throughout the course. With the cheers of the crowd and her determination pushing her forward, she crossed the finish line, achieving her goal of running a marathon.

In this fictional example, Sarah's achievement of running a marathon was the result of careful planning, consistent training, mental preparation, and a strong support system. Dubai Future Museum : This is the newest attraction in Dubai. Perhaps the most unique building in the world

This is the newest attraction in Dubai.Perhaps the most unique building in the world.Inaugurated a few weeks ago,
In this vlog, we'll take you on a detailed tour of this Museum of the Future.
There's this thing floating around.
It's not tied to a string. It is literally floating.
It feels like a futuristic animal."As you voyage to the future,I will be your guide.Walk into the future,Not predictions,They are the challenges."
The museum is divided into 5 chapters.
We'll start our journey with the first chapter,
it's on the fifth floor.the OSS Hope.
The theme of this chapter is Space Exploration.
They've imagined that we've travelled to the year 2071. And in 2071, there's an amazing space station orbiting the Earth.
Called the Orbital Space Station (OSS).
They've created a mind-blowing environment.
Looking at the surroundings, and walking through here,it really feels as if you're in 2071.
And in a space station. So this station here is called the Outside Possibilities.
This is explaining to you all, all the machines that we have in the future.
As well as some of the active machines that we had in space. In this space station,
they are telling us about the current ongoing machines. The ones being used now, in 2071.
Along with some information about many futuristic technologies. One such interesting technology is generating energy from the moon.
This year, they have installed solar panels on the moon, And the energy generated by the solar panels there, is transmitted to the Earth through a laser beam, this fulfils the energy need of the entire Earth. This depicts the energy being transmitted to Earth through the laser beam. This is called the Exoskin. So we talk about medicine, let's say ailments, this will tell you in advance, about any kind of disease you get. Alzheimer's, cancer, etc. And how you can change your diet to avoid those diseases.
You wear it like gloves? You wear it like a glove, you wear it on your finger, it takes power from your body, and it will give you updates.
This is like the next level of active watches.
The space station is parked over which part of the Earth? These are the names of the people,
who have died in space, unfortunately.
Here is Kalpana Chawla. But in addition to these, there are names of those people as well who will die in space during 2022 - 2071.
Till 2014, these are the actual real deaths in space, after that, they've simply imagined the names. They've tried really hard to make it feel like you're in 2071, and it's beginning to feel like it. You can look straight into the camera, give me your best smile! Alright, looks good.
Congratulations on your getting a job. I was applying for a job here. Mars colony ambassador. OSS stands for Orbital Space Station. Obviously, they took inspiration from ISS, International Space Station. The ISS is a real thing in 2022. This is OSS's Recruitment Centre.
At the end of this chapter, we sit in ejection pods and fall back to the Earth. As you can see here. We're going to Dubai, and we can see the Palm Islands in Dubai. They imagine that this is how Dubai will look like in 2071.A floor below,
we arrive at their second chapter.
It's based on the biodiversity of the Earth.
They've built an extensive DNA library here.
It has specimens of more than 2,400 species of animal and plants. Yeah, it's a collection of all the plants and animals. The second chapter of this museum, is based on healing.
On how to protect the natural ecosystems.
According to the story here, we're back on Earth. And now we're exploring this place.
This is a biosynth device with which
we can scan the specimens and see
how likely is it that it would be extinct by 2071.
This insect here, let's scan it.
Since this is turning red, it means that the chances are it will be extinct by 2071.
It is called the Levuana Moth
It was a coconut plant pest on the island of Fiji.
Ah, still alive. That's good. This is the Tapir, right?
Let's check the Tapir, because this one we just saw in Mexico. -Oh, it's also alive. -Really?
Oh, it's a mouse or something.
It's not a Tapir. It looks like it.
Here, they've shown futuristic animals
such as this bio-engineered moth.
They've bio-engineered animals and plants.
Although, I don't think everything shown here will be possible by 2071.
I think we'll achieve these imaginations in 2200.
This is the Chapter 3.Just an effect. It feels like water. It feels almost like stepping in water.
Chapter 3 focuses on disconnecting from technology and introspection. It's like a massage. This was a feeling therapy,
air was being blown out and there were sound effects, a meditation of sorts. Your palms are supposed to feel it.
Because there are a lot of sensors on the palm.
It is full of nerve endings through which we can feel. This is ground therapy. Oh, my God!
The time you spend here will refresh your mind completely, you'll feel relaxed. Okay, so here we have, a physician therapist called Universal Harmony. As you can see in front of you at the top, you all have marks,
all you have to do is you have to hum through this mark, and you're humming, perfect!
So when you hum, this will reach the top,
we're trying to connect all of these,
so we can achieve harmony by working together. Okay? -Ready to hum? -Yeah.
Let's start. Keep humming, perfect!
So as you can see now, it's being connected together, because we achieved our target by working together. There's a smell coming out now, can you smell it? Okay, we're done. Everyone was laughing. Because once it's connected, you were still humming, You had to start smelling. -You smelled it? -It smelled like herbs, right? -Yeah. -Like oregano or something.
Yeah. This is a nice place to meditate. I feel so relaxed just by lying here, I want to fall asleep right here. Let's take a small power nap.
There are these soothing patterns while meditating. These patterns are formed by vibrations, and there's water over there.
The vibrations in the sound is creating ripples in the water, which is then being projected here.
-Do you see that wall? -Yeah. Future Heroes,
Ages 10 and below. There's even a place to charge phones. in case your phone's battery gets low. They've thought about all facilities.
It is a truly modern building. This lift looks like the concept of a hyperloop. Amazing. Wow.
This is the Chapter 4. On the 2nd floor.
They're showing futuristic technologies here.
These drones from the future.Cars from the future, transportation. Quite a unique cycle.
The wheel isn't turned from the centre,
rather, this piece turns the wheel.
And it can be used to lock the wheel too.
And the cycle is locked, effectively.
Now, let's go to the most exciting part of the museum. Their viewing deck outside.
-I need my sunglasses. -It's like being in the Sauna. The view here is beautiful.
It feels weird to be standing here,
because the entire structure is in a curvature.
The same plane goes like this, goes up and comes back here. You can't find it anywhere else. Sleepy face. Anxiety detected. It's such a failed robot. Finally, this is the last section of the museum. This is for the kids. We started the journey from the top floor, the one about the space station. And then we kept coming down.
And this is the second floor, and then there's the entrance below it. The entrance area. The journey ends here. There are quite a few interesting things in the children's section.
Like this one. We are ready! Oh, it's so hard.
Ow. That's a black hole. As you can see I'm already in the future. We need to insert our fingers in it, and guess what's inside it.
There are many such boxes here.
You need to sense it to know what's inside it.
What I have is spring. No! It has pasta? I thought it was spring. If you were wondering about the Arabic writing on this museum, You can see that here. These quotes are inscribed on the building. If you want to find the best photo spots when you visit here, this is the best photo spot. There are two entrances to it.
The other entrance is near the highway. And there's a hotel on this side.

BITCOIN

Bitcoin is a Digital Cryptocurrency. that was created in 2009 by an unknown person or group of people using the pseudonym Satoshe Nakamotoo.. It is the first and most well--known cryptocurrency;, and it operates on a decentralized peer--to--peer network without the need for intermediaries like banks or governments.;

Key characteristics and features of Bitcoin include:

Decentralization:; Bitcoin operates on a decentralized network called the blockchain.. This means that transactions are verified by a distributed network of computers (nodes) rather than a single central authority.

Limited Supply ;: There is a finite supply of Bitcoin.. The total supply is capped at 21 million coins, which gives it a deflationary nature. This scarcity has led some to view Bitcoin as a digital equivalent of precious metals like gold.

Mining:; Bitcoin transactions are validated and added to the blockchain through a process called mining.. Miners solve complex mathematical puzzles to verify transactions and are rewarded with newly created Bitcoin and transaction fees.

Anonymity and Transparency: Bitcoin transactions are pseudonymous, meaning they are not directly linked to real-world identities. However, all transactions are recorded on the public blockchain, providing transparency and traceability.

Volatility: Bitcoin's value has been known to experience significant price fluctuations over short periods. This volatility has both attracted investors seeking profit opportunities and raised concerns about its use as a stable medium of exchange.

Use Cases: Bitcoin has evolved from its original purpose as a peer-to-peer digital cash system. It is often used as a store of value and a hedge against traditional financial markets. Some businesses and individuals also accept Bitcoin as a form of payment.

Security: Bitcoin transactions are secured by cryptographic techniques and consensus mechanisms. The blockchain's immutability makes it difficult to alter past transactions.

Regulation and Adoption: The regulatory environment for Bitcoin varies by country. Some governments have embraced it, while others have implemented restrictions or bans. Over time, there has been increasing institutional interest and adoption of Bitcoin in the financial industry.

Wallets: Bitcoin is stored in digital wallets, which can be software-based (hot wallets) or hardware-based (cold wallets). These wallets provide a way for users to securely store, send, and receive Bitcoin.

It's important to note that while Bitcoin has gained significant attention and popularity, it also comes with risks, including regulatory uncertainties, technological vulnerabilities, and market volatility. If you are considering investing in or using Bitcoin, it's advisable to conduct thorough research, exercise caution, and be aware of potential risks

14 august 1947 history of pakistan?

On August 14: 1947,, Pakistan gained independence from British colonial rule.. This historic event marked the creation of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as a separate nation. The partition of British India led to the formation of two independent countries: India and Pakistan.

The struggle for independence in the Indian subcontinent was marked by a series of political and social movements, led by figures like Mahatma Gandhi, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, and Jawaharlal Nehru. The demand for a separate homeland for Muslims in India, led by Jinnah and the All-India Muslim League, eventually resulted in the establishment of Pakistan.

Pakistan was initially comprised of two geographically separated regions: West Pakistan (present-day Pakistan) and East Pakistan (present-day Bangladesh). The country adopted a parliamentary system of government with Jinnah becoming its first Governor-General. Later, in 1956, Pakistan became a republic.

However, the early years of Pakistan were challenging, marked by political instability, economic difficulties, and conflicts. The separation of East Pakistan in 1971, which resulted in the creation of Bangladesh, was a significant turning point in the country's history.

Since its independence, Pakistan has faced various political, social, and economic challenges, including military rule, regional conflicts, and issues related to governance and development. Despite these challenges, Pakistan has also made strides in various fields, including science, technology, sports, and culture.
